THE STORY
These pigment-dyed, super cozy, tone-on-tone, puff ink crews are your new go-to for any season in our great city. The term "Windy City" was first used in the late 1800s to describe Chicago by the Cincinnati Enquirer. It was coined not to refer to the chilly gusts coming off Lake Michigan but rather the hot air bellowing from politicians at the time. That said, we can't imagine a better go-to for chilly gusts or indoor hibernating than these Windy City crews.
