Pat's Pizzeria Shirt

Pat’s Pizzeria is THE Northside tavern style spot, and as Northsiders ourselves, we frequent it quite a bit. Originally opened in 1950, the Lincoln Park staple is always at the top of those “best of Chicago pizza” lists and is famous for its ultra cracker-thin crust. In fact, they claim it as “7 papers thin,” meaning their dough is roughly the thickness of 7 pieces of paper stacked on top of each other. In other words, really, really thin.

Pat’s is a true family business that’s been around for over 70 years and is still run by the original owner’s children and grandchildren. While it is now located on Lincoln Ave., our design pays homage to the original location at Belmont and Sheffield. Its commitment to consistency and high quality ingredients has solidified it as a go-to in the minds of Chicagoans.
