THE STORY
Created in 1892 for a Chicago Tribune contest, the municipal symbol represents the three branches of the Chicago River, which forms a Y at “Wolf Point,” where the main branch of the river divides into the north and south branches. The symbol is hidden in plain sight all across the city, and we thought it deserved to be made into super cozy knit zip-up hoodie with a chenille patch.
